I viewed this last night. Wow, what a treat of inventive ideas, visuals, classic slapstick and low budget, but still awesome, CGI sequences that reminded me a lot Terry Gilliam's art from Monty Python. Two musical inclusions did surprise me though since they were slightly altered versions of the main theme to Hayao Miyazaki's "Laputa-Castle in the Sky". I'm going to assume these were from the royalty-free De Music group archives. I highly recommend this movie. It is a wonderful comedy that is much needed in today's seriously annoying politically correct society. I do find it odd that the Blu-ray is only available in Region 2 formatting instead of being a Region 1 release, especially since the film was made here in the States, specifically Michigan and Minnesota. Why isn't there a R1 Blu-ray?

I have always thought this motion juxtaposes those who consider themselves "elevated" (read noble, high-minded, lofty) versus they way they deem to have got themselves that way. Modern history, especially, documents a fair number of thugs who deemed themselves holding (or having earned) niches in high society, without the inconvenience of distancing themselves from the means of their ascension.
